Do you have punch list skills and are you looking to make money? We are local investors and finishing up flipping a 1175 sq. ft. cottage. We are looking for a skilled Carpenter and a crew with punch list experience to: INTERIOR -- 1 install, caulk, and paint toe kick, baseboard, and shoe on kitchen cabinets 2 caulk joint at kitchen countertop/tile backsplash 3 adjust hinges on kitchen cabinets 4 repair wiring holes and ceiling damage in Master bath 5 repair drywall and touch up paint below washer box drain 6 repair "sticky" master bedroom door and coat closet door 7 repair bi-fold door and install in Bedroom 2 8 touch up paint on walls and interior doors 9 install back door weather strip EXTERIOR 1 -- 1 install metal trim to cover roof overhang 2 rework/replace soffit as needed to seal the soffits 3 cover exposed fascia boards with fascia 4 inspect all soffit and fascia joints and seal, as needed 5 install gutters and downspouts on utility room 6 install gutter and downspout on Master bedroom 7 adjust gutter over storage room to correct excessive slope 8 Extend attic room downspouts to feed to lower gutters 9 Caulk j-mold around windows and doors 10 Seal holes and gaps in siding EXTERIOR 2 -- 1 install risers and trim boards on stoop 2 paint stoop risers and trim boards white 3 build and install a door on the storage room and paint white 4 install 1 crawl space hatch frame and door (2'x2') 5 replace front chain link gate 6 repair two damaged areas of chain link fence 7 paint chain link fence EXTERIOR 3 -- 1 clean out crawl space, install plastic sheeting 2 fill in all holes and smooth rough spots with stucco on foundation 3 touch up foundation paint and paint crawl hatch door white 4 paint roof of storage shed grey We believe it will take 3 men, 3 days to complete this job and we are paying $2000 for labor only (we will pay for all materials).
