Hi All! I am a proficient guitarist who has been teaching and performing for almost 2 decades. I picked up the guitar long before when I was ten and didn't stop studying and figuring out new ways to make great music on this beautiful instrument. I studied Jazz and Classical Performance, Improvisation, Ensemble, Theory, and Composition extensively at Virginia Commonwealth University and have continued the jazz tradition but am also fluent with blues, pop, rock, country, soul, folk, and absolutely LOVE picking up my nylon string and playing classical. I've figured out some tricks and shortcuts along the way and love giving lessons for a reasonable price. ($30/hr) I also offer monthly packages (4-5 weekly lessons depending on the month) for $100. I provide resources and texts and am always near my phone for when a student may be scratching their head about something we talked about earlier.
