Thanks to the democrats, my lifestyle has improved. During the "election infection" my tenants ( generally good, responsible people) chose to not pay their rent, NOW, the shoe is on the other foot. Those tenants who did not pay their rent, even thought they had the funds have just seen a 25% INCREASE in their rent. The ones who support the 2 assholes in the white house got it first, then the ones that didn't pay their rent were next. The tenants that did pay their rent, got a 10% REDUCTION in their rent. I do not rent to welfare trash so all of my tenants have full time jobs and many have credit scores, as a landlord I can report bad credit behavior to the credit agencies and I have done it before and will do it again. The pendulum is beginning to swing back and it is time to pay for your past bad acts.
