Please make sure you wear sneakers along the trail as it can get muddy. Yoga mats are not necessary as we will remain in standing postures or may bring our hands to the earth for some poses.
You also may want to bring sunscreen, bug spray, or a rain jacket depending on the weather. There are trees covering the majority of the trail but you do want to be safe from the elements and honor your body's needs. You may want to bring a water bottle as well.
