needing a baby sitter

Hello my name is Ashley and I'm looking for a part time baby sitter she has to be female no men period. I have two girls not trying to say men are bad because they are not all bad but if I'm leaving someone alone with my 2 and 3 year old sorry has to be a women. Must be reliable if I need you anytime your there. I will of course let you know a day a head of time. I do doordash and my husband and I both together I haven't been driving that long and me driving freaks him out until I'm more better and he can breath with the idea of me driving alone for long periods of time and sometimes we are out late and we need one another just in case one gets tired. Anyway, pay is 100$ or 150$ a month depending on how many hours you watch them. Needs to be sober weed is fine smoking is outside only. Please I really need the help
