Wellness Day in the Park, an outdoor event will take place on July 23, 2022, from 8:30 am – 11:30 am, held at the Red Horse Park in Universal City, TX 78148. The event's theme is Healing our community one family at a time. The event will be filled with fun and interactive activities, and informative sessions relating to creating a healthy lifestyle. The event will include Zumba, Yoga, CPR demonstration, and a cooking demonstration of healthy grilling, also provided will be healthy snacks, door prizes, and much, much more. Also, as a part of community support, attendees are asked to bring school supplies and backpacks that will be donated to the SCUC ISD.
