Dear Friends of Jamo’s Group, We are excited to host our 1st golf outing and more excited to help bring resources and awareness to Pediatric cancer. The Jamo’s group has been in the community for over 10 years and has helped many different organizations throughout the years. This year we want to bring the community that has loved and supported us together to make a bigger impact on children and families that have been affected by Cancer. September is Pediatric Cancer Awareness month so what better way to show our support than raising money and awareness to this cause. Did you know that 1 in 300 kids are diagnosed with CANCER before the age of 20!!! OUR GOAL is to raise awareness, funding, and research to find a CURE for our children! We are happy that all our proceeds from this event will be going to the Childhood Cancer Warriors Organization and Love for Maggie! We have teamed with Childhood Cancer Warriors because their mission is to “arm the families with the resources and support they need to build a new normal after a cancer diagnosis. With their assistance, we hope to make cancer a part of your life, not your whole life. From diagnosis to victory we walk with our warriors hand in hand to give hope and act as an advocate for families affected by cancer, so they can focus on treatment and care.” Childhood Cancer Warrior Organization We look forward to a successful event and hope that you can contribute in any way you can!
