Part of NOMAD at The St. Laurent, NOMAD on The Lawn will offer participants a traditional vinyasa flow led by Trey Watkins on the back lawn of Asbury Park's hottest new location: The St. Laurent Social Club. Through a high-energy flow suitable for all levels of practice, students will move, breathe and sweat while building space, connection and community. Class Description: An open-level vinyasa yoga class for students with some exposure to yoga practice and basic level of physical ability. Through a combination of breath work, creative, high-intensity sequences, this class will challenge the body, expand the mind and awaken the spirit. Through thoughtfully crafted sequences, Trey brings a unique perspective to his classes, helping to balance energies and create a stronger connection to self and community. In his practice, Trey merges the physical and the spiritual, bringing a sense of adventure, playfulness and balance to the mat. Students are welcomed as they are in that very moment and are encouraged to become their best self, on and off the mat, with each breath and posture encouraging them to unleash their own inner power.
