NO alcohol use 6 hrs prior to work
Testing without notice/warning before & during work
Positive test=INSTANT Termination on spot. NO exceptions. NO second chance
Abuse/maltreatment of animals/persons/property/tools/equipment NOT Tolerated in anyway.
This includes criminal acts/violations of all laws that apply
Instantly reported to law enforcement & will press charges-witness statements
Decent meals, transport to and from project if needed, case by case legal/housing help
All tools/equipment provided. Military Medical bag on site at all times.
Long hours, ALL conditions ( hot, cold, wet, dry),days, nights, weekends, holidays, physical labor
Do NOT care about experience /lack of, references, criminal record/credit reports, background reports
Talk/resume is/are worthless Actions speak
