Various members of our neighborhood community have been tormented and harassed by exceptionally loud noise music and drumming coming from one lousy business on MLK. All of their noise exceeds allowable decibel levels and years of this musical harassment have been documented by various neighbors. We are desperately seeking help with this issue as the city has dropped the ball and OPD is the most useless group of disgruntled pigs in the country. If anybody is willing to point us in the right direction or give us resources for legal advice, your help would be greatly appreciated by this community
