Electrician Needed

I have 2 projects that I am in need of an electrician for. The first is to hang a chandelier in a high ceiling (approx 32ft high) and the 2nd is to install a Ring security camera above my garage. For the security camera, there is currently no power run to that location so that will need to be completed.
