Rage is our sacred fire- it’s a signal to warn us of threat, insult, and even harm. A major constitutional right was taken away from us and a societal flame is burning. I welcome you and your sisters into a community where this fire inside will have a safe space to materialize. We will gather and move our bodies to release this destructive energy that has been building. This anger is a valid and legitimate emotion and we will tap into this expression through shaking, sound release, and stomping. Then we will harness this energy as wise women and circle together to make herbal protective medicine. Each of you will leave the experience with your own 12oz jar of Fire Cider, an immune boosting herbal vinegar. Together we will become more intimate with our layers of anger. Together we will reclaim our ancestral power as medicine women. Fully leaning into our capacity to destroy as well as our capacity to create.
