Need basement finished

Hi! I am looking to finish my 900 sqft basement in Skokie with drywall and tile floor (I found tile at home depot I like). I also want to move the washer/dryer next to the furnace so I can enclose the mechanicals inside its own room. Let me know if interested and a range of how much per square foot.
