Basecamp Fitness-Woodbury has teamed up with Face Foundrie and Nautical Bowls to offer a free outdoor workout followed by a free Nautical bowl and discount on a facial service at Face Foundrie. This workout will be outdoors on the patio, weather-permitting. Bring water. Members and non-members invited. This will be a bodyweight-only workout so you do not need to bring any equipment besides a workout mat. Stick around after the workout to enjoy Nautical Bowls and book a day-of or future facial service at Face Foundrie and receive a discount. It's the perfect self-care day for you and a friend!
