Need general contractor to build an ADU

We have a partially finished ADU that my friend, a general contractor, started for us, but was unexpectedly called to be out of state for a few months, so we need a contractor to finish the job. The ADU is a part of our home being converted into an apartment/mother-in-law unit with a full bathroom with washer/dryer hook-up, a small kitchen/living area and a bedroom. So far, the bathroom already has a new tile floor, a toilet and pre-plumbing for vanity already installed. The washer/dryer hookup is also done. The plumbing for kitchen is partially finished. The entry door was installed, but not finished. Here is what we need to do: 1. Bathroom - Vanity and shower needs to be installed. We have all major parts including new shower pan, glass sliding doors, fixtures 2. Kitchen - Cabinets and appliances need to be installed. Plumbing for sink and dishwasher needs to be finished. The door/entry way work needs to be finished. There may be some electrical work also involved. Baseboard heaters also need to be installed. 3. Bedroom - May need a closet converted into an alcove A permit is close to being secured for the job. We are at the point where we are ready to schedule a pre-inspection. Requirements from you: 1. You need to be licensed/bonded/insured and have proof of it 2.
