I am looking to get referrals to a hair dresser that does the keratin tip hair extensions. I have the Extensions and just need to find someone experienced and reasonably priced that is available to do this for me. Please let me know if you have someone who does yours and they do a good job as well as what on average you pay. Thanks in advance. I'm open to travel between Everett and Olympia.
