Property manager seeks Wood Trim Finisher to repair scratched, dinged, damaged wood trims around windows, door surfaces and other wood surfaces in a residential home. Must have the expereince and skill of a fine wood furniture finisher. Looking to match original existing dark wood finish and color. Must be experienced and have or be able to access materials, tools. Need immediately. Property manager will pay all approved expenses. E-mail a brief background of your experience and 3-pictures of work. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an offer for employment. If you do not e-mail pictures of your work, we will not contact you. Rate: $30 per hour with a guarantee of 8-hours per day. (We pay for all approved expenses).
