You must've been walking or riding a bike along Jefferson St. at Bell Avenue (Henecke Dental) when you dropped it the weekend of July 16th or 17th. Likely today, Sunday the 17th. I found it in the street next to the curb.
It suffered a lot of damage to the screen, and the glass over the cameras but no serious corner or edge damage. It appears to have been run over by someone making a right-hand turn. Maybe several inattentive drivers.
I took it home and plugged it into a powerpack. It vibrated briefly and made a sound but without a screen I couldn't tell if it turned on, so when I connected it to my computer. it detected it was connected. Nothing else. I couldn't access phone.
So, a new screen is $30-40 on Amazon but not knowing exact model it's a pricy gamble to replace it. It won't respond with feedback (vibrate/sound) when power button is pressed. Maybe it was a last gasp. I opened it up and removed the broken screen (I've done repairs before, but I seriously doubt it can be salvaged.
