Venue wanted for mini-music festival

I'm looking for a venue to host a one afternoon music festival in Boston MA, comprised of musicians from bands from Berklee College of Music. If you are an owner of a space (outdoor OR indoor is okay) looking to rent it out for an event like this, please let me know by email as soon as possible. This event would be in the Fall season of 2022, probably around Early November or Late October. Thank you.
