The Log Cabins are located at the North end of the Larkspur Community Park. The Log Cabins are 12’ x 12’ w/ 6’ Covered Porch with electricity & heat, NO water. Restrooms are located in the park. The Log Cabins are for Business Use Only - NO Residential Use - NO Overnight Use Possible Uses - Coffee Shop, Flower Shop, Bike Rental, Gift Shop, Candy Store, etc. Rent: $400 per Month, First & Last Month + $100 Damage Deposit + Insurance, 1 Yr.
