Very well behaved, beautiful, male 12 y.o. Russian Blue cat. (neutered) Grigio, meaning gray in Italian, is very friendly and talkative. He sheds very little, doesn't jump up on tables, etc, and has never destroyed anything by clawing or peeing. He loves to be brushed and lets me trim his claws. He has never bit (even while playing) or scratched anyone. He is affectionate and likes to be in the company of his human. He would make an excellent companion for someone retired or who works from home. He's not experienced with kids or dogs, but would be OK in a home with a dog who is non-aggressive toward cats. Previously he stayed for about a month with a friend who had a younger female cat, and they became great friends. Grigio is a house cat who, if possible, loves to spend time outside in an enclosed backyard or patio. He enjoys nature and does not escape by jumping fences. He has been with me for 11 years. I have begun traveling and living in other countries, and he is not faring well with this new lifestyle. While it pains me to consider offering him for re-adoption, I want to do what is best for both of us, and I want Grigio to be happy. He is a special cat, and if you choose to welcome him into your life and home, he will reward you with his love and calm presence. Please, serious and well-intended inquiries only.
