NEED ANTIBIOTICS- for baby kittens

I'm in need of antibiotics for two kittens. There is no way I can afford to take the cats to a vet clinic, can anyway spare some antibiotics to give these two kittens a fighting chance. Anything helps, they definitely have a upper respiratory infection and looks like worms, thanks,
