Hello, I am a college student 25yr old looking for a place to rent. Looking for a studio or one bedroom on or off the market in the north jersey area. My budget is from 1k-1200 and anything from small studio to basement apartment will do. My move in date is next month or by Sept. Anyone that helps me find a spot will be paid $200 when I move in.
