Rehoming female dog

I'm thinking I might have to rehome my female 7 month old pitbull hound mix. I really would rather not do it but I'm unable to find housing and it might be the best thing for everyone. I've had her since she was 3 months old, she's 7 months now. She gets along with other dogs, never been in a fight but she barks and growls when people come up to us if we're sitting. She knows sit and lay down and shake, roll over, and a little bit of stay but she's working on leash aggression/ barking and growling at other dogs ONLY on leash. She doesn't do it at the dog park. She loves to swim and I want her to go to people who will take her swimming and to the park, or where she can run multiple times a week. She's always with me, we live in my car together. I don't want to get rid of her, I'd like to be able to still see her. She's a really good dog and she deserves someone who will take proper care of her. I don't want someone who can't give her the time she needs. She has a lot of energy. Tell me about yourself if you're interested.
