Our company is looking for a hard-working individual with general construction experience & a willingness to work on all aspects of the job. Duties/Responsibilities: • Cleaning and preparing construction sites • Moving/staging materials, material pick up, loading and unloading tools • Mixing mortar, concrete as needed • Following project instructions from supervisors • Safely operate a variety of power tools • Projects will primarily consist of pouring concrete, building retaining/block walls, stone and brick masonry, and excavating/grading yards Required Skills/Abilities: • Ability to understand directions • Ability to properly care for and use tools of the trade • Works well as part of a team • Must have transportation to get to and from job sites daily • Must be reliable and on time Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time • Must be able to safely work with sharp tools or power equipment • Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains • Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination Pay: • $20/hr • 40+ hours / week
