help with leaking roof

My roof is leaking badly. So far I'm getting quotes from 6,000 for repairs to 16,500 for replacement. I can't afford this. Any suggestions or help would be helpful. I'm a caregiver who doesn't make enough to cover these quotes. Any help would be greatful. Thanks much !
