You were my nurse in the CICU when I came in bad shape July 5th about 5;00PM. Want you to know your are a sweetheart/special angel. Went back there to see/thank you again, they said you were gone and they could not give any info on you. Anyway, hope you see this and know your appreciated young lady. JH
