I have an old apartment attached to my garage that needs drywall, flooring, and a small amount of reframing to make the bathroom area larger. The space currently has a concrete floor and the walls are down to framing, so it is basically ready to lay flooring and drywall (including a ceiling layer) and be turned into a usable space. Looking for an individual or a small crew who can give me a reasonable quote and has the right experience to do the work.
