Whinney is such a loving little dog! When he's held, he literally gives hugs! He's super happy and fun! He doesn't bark much at all, and he gets along great with other dogs and cats! He is currently pee-pad trained and goes outside as well, but I don't have a doggy door, although I'm sure he would be easily trained to use one. He is not neutered and he does need a good grooming, which I just cannot afford at this time, and that is why I am trying to find him a new home. I feel bad that I cannot afford to give him the grooming nor the neutering that he needs. He would love a home with lots of attention, as he is super loving and happy all the time! I am asking $200 for him (which is what I paid for him) and he will come with some pee pads. Thank you!
