For those who have never attended, here is what you can expect: as you relax into your personal space we will all journey into a deep state of relaxation and begin the sound bath. Using the combination of different vibrations - the shruti box, voice, Tibetan sound bowls, tingcha, crystal bowl, crystal singing triangle, chimes, and drumming, this experience can act as a form of meditation which can shift the brain state and stimulate deep healing and a higher cultivation of Life Force. This entire process can activate many different things in each individual, and the experiences will be uniquely different based on your specific vibration during that time. You may cry, you may fall asleep, you may astral travel, and it will be just the medicine Spirit adorns you with based on your needs and generated intentions.
