Painters and Cleaners needed for August 13, 14, 15, 2022 turnover Currently seeking painters and cleaners for our family owned rental properties to assist with turnover on August 13, 14, 15th Job Responsibilities: • Painting, cleaning, maintenance work • Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor. Job Requirements: • Valid driver’s license. • Reliable transportation. • Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. unassisted. • Experience in operating a variety of equipment including power saws, drills, and tools. • Minimum of 1 year of property maintenance experience is preferred. • Hands-on experience with customer service, rough and finish carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, equipment maintenance/operation and facility repairs is a plus. • Comfortable working on ladders Pay: Based on skill level. Will discuss during interview Experience: • Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Multiple Locations
