I'm looking for a GOOD painter with experience to paint my house on your own schedule. That's right. Paint when you want for as long as you want, or as short as you want, whenever you want. If it works for you "and" it works for me it will be a good job for extra cash into October. You can be paid anytime you want for the hours you have worked. And when my house is finished there is another house. I'm hoping that this works for both of us. If I'm unhappy with your work or you're unhappy with the job, we just end our relation and I pay you for your work that you have already done and we go our separate ways. I'll pay you 17 dollars an hour and I have all the equipment. This is a relatively simple house to paint. I'm looking for someone who is detail conscious and does a very good job. Not perfect but good. There is some preparation that needs to be done as well. Scraping and such. The house is frame (cedar) and brick. There is some painting that will need to be done on the roof and some ladder work but it is all relatively easy.
