Looking for Alto Vocalist who can play Rhythm or Bass Guitar

Drummer and guitarist (bass/rhythm) looking for an Alto Vocalist who can sing and play rhythm (or bass guitar). We play mostly power-pop/rock (covers and originals). Some of our influences include Cheap Trick, The Knack, Beatles, The Cure, Plimsouls, Paul Collins & the Beat, Dada (90s). We do play other genre during acoustic sets (Eagles, Monkees, AJ Rafael, America, etc.). Would like to practice once a week if our schedules allow and eventually, start off with open mics, then gigs. We don't have a place to rehearse but are willing to share renting a studio. We're in our late 50s and hoping to find someone in the same age range.
