Need to write better for work? Pleasure? Join my writing class on Zoom, Thursdays from 7-8pm. Learn to express yourself clearly and creatively. Enjoy articulating what you think and feel. We'll return to the basics and start with the simple, yet sophisticated, sentence, and then move on to the sensational paragraph. Once you've nailed that, you're ready for the world. I've worked as an educator in Language Arts for over 25 years, including training teachers in creative writing strategies for the FL Dept. of Education and the FL Cultural Affairs Office. My writing program for students started off as a program for elementary and middle school students. But college professors liked the strategies and adapted them for college. And now the program has been adapted to meet the writing needs of working adults and seniors who are exploring legacy and memoir writing. Each writing session meets on Thursdays from 7-8 pm for a month. Dates for August: 8/4, 8/11, 8/18, 8/23. Cost is $80 for the month.
