Looking to sub out exterior painting work. We have lots of consistent work available. Paying per job and can provide material or you can. Must be at least 2-3 guys crews at least, so these can be knocked out quick. Proof of insurance needed and references. Prep, minor repairs when needed and painting usually 2-3 tones. Ideally wanting to build long term business relationship with the right crew. Can pay cash or check immediately and then 1099 after Works consists of residential and smaller commercial props. Location of work- Colo Springs, Pueblo and Teller County No handymen with brushes - only actual painter tradesmen. Please email or text. Need to get started asap
