Items available will include lots of housewares, seasonal decor, smaller furniture items, clothing including designer gowns, some designer women's fashion, and mall brand women's fashion. Small electronics, event planning / entertainment items. Baby / young children clothes, shoes. New in box Wayfair marble bakers rack, farmhouse desk, Keurig (functional). TONs of high-end fabrics and crafting materials for any creatives who like to make things. Re-sellers welcome. Will not be enforcing any sort of mask policy, but anyone welcome however they feel safe. Boutique Sale also featured on-site, during the same times: LRG Designs is a staple in the Cleveland area nautical community and will be hosting a boutique booth featuring her one-of-a-kind Lake / Nautical inspired hand bags, jewelry, and general marina / boating personal decor and fashion. She has been in business for over 10 years and hand-crafts all of her items with love and attention to detail. Avon Lake marine enthusiasts should give her booth a visit while shopping the sale. Items left at end of sale will be donated, not left on curb. VENMO, Square, and Cash will be accepted. We will try to have exact change ready for all sales but in the event we run out, please bring some change with you in case. We do not do cash app, zelle or apple pay.
