Seeking Lead Guitarist for "80's" project

Re-Established band with agent looking for lead guitarist with pro gear and pro attitude. Prefer someone very familiar with 80's rock specifically players such as Neal Schon of Journey. Only submissions with demos/links to performances, will get response and possible audition. Sorry, please NO drunks or druggies need apply. Backing vocals a plus. Must have great stage look and presence! Others are in 35-55 range if that helps, and all seasoned pros, without ego's..so we're looking for the same chill guy. Should be familiar with IEM's (in ears monitors) and click/backing tracks. Thanks
