There is a total of 12 sheets of ceiling drywall to install. Most of it is is 1/2 to full sheets but there are also some smaller sections. There is fair amount of cutouts to do as well as some furring for electrical/water/gas lines.
Fairly decent quality but not perfection is expected. The gaps between drywall sections should be fixable by hot mudding (which is *not* included in this job) and not require patches.
The drywall needs to be picked up: I would pay in advance for either Lowes or HomeDepot and you would likely pick the first half or them on the way in your first day, then pick up the remainder the second day. Expected time for the job is 1.5 days but you would confirm that of course.
