Framing needed to make small Barn into Apt.

I have a small barn that I will be converting into a 1 or 2 bedroom apt. including a full kitchen and laundry room. There is a concrete slab in most but 3 area's will need a floor framed in. A few windows will need to be framed and installed as well as a slider. I will pay cash and supply all material. I will do all electrical and plumbing as well as painting. Just need framed and sheetrocked/taped. I have an idea what I am wanting but would like your input as to the easiest and most efficient. Once a plan is in place, I need 3 days to clean it out and then the work can start. I am located in North Arlington just off of Hwy 9. Thank you
