Fine Gardening/Landscape Lead - $20-$25+/hr

As a lead gardener, you would be in charge of one of our gardening/horticultural maintenance routes, working in and helping to install beautiful gardens all over the Portland metro area. You would be assigned a truck with top-of-the-line tools and given all the resources you need to do the best work possible. Very little to no mowing is part of this job, as that's done mostly by a separate crew. We're based in Oregon City and design, install and maintain unusually beautiful landscapes all over the metro area, but have a focus on Clackamas County. A basic to good understanding of plant species and identification is required for the job, but continued professional training would be part of the position. The job is obviously physical and requires the ability to sustain effort through hot and cold/wet weather, and lift 30-50 pounds occasionally. The way the company operates allows for higher pay than the average landscaping company. We're unusual in that we work hard to pay our team as much as possible, with pay increasing as experience and efficiency increase.
