Sprinklers bubbling water with low pressure in most zones

Sprinklers bubbling water with low pressure in most zones. Residential property in Irvine. 10 zones with 7 to 8 sprinklers in each zone. Mostly lawn some planters. I have tried to run each zone one by one by opening bleed valve. Some zones have a few weak bubbling sprinklers while others sprinkler seem to pop up with enough pressure. Most zones have all sprinklers just bubbling with very weak pressure. Please help. If you have knowledge or experience in this please let me know. Thanks.
