At this point, any reasonable person would agree that indictments and prosecution of former president Trump is inevitable. The real question is, what will the penalty be? A slap on the wrist? Huge fines? A prison sentence? Huge fines and a prison sentence? An execution? In spite of his former role as president, these are serious crimes. A slap on the wrist seems very unlikely.
