It breaks my heart to do this but we are looking to rehome our Shiba. If you aren’t familiar with Shibas they can be very difficult to train. This guy is the sweetest, has been fairly easy and has a great temperament. He’s 8 months old, has been socialized since 8 weeks. He’s not neutered, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. Is great with kids ( we have a 2 and 4 year old), great with other dogs (goes to the dog park several times a week), knows sit and down. His favorite activity aside from the dog park is chasing the laser light. The main problem we have is he darts out the front door, and with 2 small kids when we go in and out it seems to happen too frequently and I’m afraid we will lose him or he will get hit by a car. He has been eating natures domain puppy food from Costco (light teal bag). Has no health. He’s potty trained via doggy door and has been since the first week we brought him home. There is a rehoming fee and it will come with his collar, leash, harness and open crate/bed. We have the paperwork to register him, just never did since he was just a family pet. Would love for him to go to a family that can love and snuggle him for many years to come.
