Looking for an experienced painter to help on a project

We are looking for an experienced painter to help us on a project. We are a small paint crew and are short on the manpower needed to complete this job. When I say experience... I don't mean that you have painted your grandmothers house, I mean real professional experience. Yes, there is a difference... a huge difference. We are looking for someone that can spray (correctly) if needed, someone that can cut in straight lines with and without using tape, someone that can roll with an 18 inch roller down to a 4 inch mini roller- all while creating a smooth and even finish and without splatters and drips. If this sounds like you then here is what we have going on... We are doing a commercial job that will only allow us to work from Friday evening, when they close to being cleaned up and out of there before Monday morning when they open, This project will take 2 to maybe 3 weekends based on this schedule. We have all the tools needed, we just need a set of skilled hands that wont slow us down. We are not hard to get along with as we enjoy what we do and we try to have a good time while working... We are pretty laid back as long as quality progress is being made. This will be an interior job working as many hours as we can from Friday to Monday. The pay will be CASH. Don't think that just because I am being direct and specific that we are not fun to work with, We have just had some real bad experiences in the past with guys saying that they were experienced and when they showed up their work was like first grade finger painting. We don't have the time or any use for that stuff. We take pride in our work and making our clients happy. If this works out and you are a good fit with us this could turn into more work.
