Electrician - Hook up electrical outlets & oven hood

1. Our living room room outlets are not connected. The outlets are there, but some have covers on them and others just don’t work. (We just moved in, have not worked since move in) 2. Also, we are having our kitchen remodeled and want to install a oven hood. The current microwave has one but we are unsure if there is an actual vent. We need to get the vent in the wall if there isn’t one.
