We're looking to hire an independent contractor to do some hand weeding (e.g., dandelion, grass, bittercress) and edging on our yard/property. Other duties may include lawn mowing, light pruning, deadheading, hauling cut vegetation to our truck, etc. We pay by the hour (at the rate of $20/hour). We can provide the basic tools required including edger, garden cart, trowel, clippers, and lawn mower, but you'll need your own gloves, other protective wear, and such. An orientation to detail and a steady pace are requested. All work to be done on weekdays before 5:00 p.m. There's a fair amount of work needed right now as it's been a while since we last got to it. Future work may also be available depending on the need and your availability.
