Looking for someone to do maintenance on my 2 vacation rental properties in Minocqua & maybe my house in Tomahawk too. Thinking $40/hr.
I just purchased one of the Minocqua houses & it needs a little work before I rent it out (install flooring, mud, paint, a little tile, trim, etc.). I have the materials & any tools you would need. Was thinking you can use both of these houses for free whenever they’re vacant in exchange for maybe some of the work. They’re both on lakes.
