church near high, Colrain MA

Description

They are sandies and pure bred. rehoming fee is 50.00 and they come with food to make their transition. they eat hay, pellets, greens, veggies, fruits, branches from trees. They are easily house trainable..these rabbits grow large, one doe from the last litter is 8 months old and weights 17 lbs. they can live as long as 10 years. Ours climb up on the couch and watch tv with us. rabbits are prey animals. lifting them off the ground is a careful act until they learn to trust you. arba and 4h have websites that help understand these wonderful interesting and very community oriented creatures. people use them as therapy animals. they need bigger than usual rabbit cages if kept outside, plenty of room to move around. people usually build hutches for themselves. there are a few people out there who build flemish giant rabbit hutches. Come meet some of our other rabbits as well. we have 4 month old black does and a black buck (if you keep a male inside he needs to be neutered), not from the bigger rabbits. Patience
