Hey there! We are a 3 fem artists looking for others to share large studio space with in a beautiful old mill building. Now that the world is opening up again we would love to hold more community events- offer classes, skill shares, movement related practices and tea sits. We are looking for other folks who are interested in sharing creative space. Currently we are 3 who play in the realms of sculpture, painting, book arts/binding, fabric/ textile, leather, jewelry and anything that can be sewn. There is a wall of windows for lovely natural lighting by day, a baby grand piano, a shared meditation/ tea area and kitchenette with a sink ( this is extra special considering they have ripped out the sinks in most of the other studios!) We are looking for 1-2 others to join us in the space. Rent is $165/month. we would love to find another/others who are willing to commit to 6 months to a year. No lease signing is required but a verbal agreement to giving us at least 1 months notice if things need to transition. Studio is 24 hours access with the option to request private time in the studio in needed with sufficient notice.
