I have a dance studio available for rent located off of 23 and Lazelle Rd. Doesn't have to be a dance studio in the space though, we have church renters, birthday parties, etc. The space in total is 6,000 square feet, including 3 rooms that have a Marley floor, speaker system, and whole building has AC. Smaller rooms are $35 a hour. Larger room is $40 an hour. If you would like to rent out the whole studio please email us and we can give you a price. We currently use this space for our business so not all time slots are available. Reach out to us with a requested time and we'll let you know if its available.
